Can I buy a Gift Card?
Yes, you sure can. They are offered as a dollar amount beginning at $25.  Gift Cards are a wonderful way to celebrate and honor a  special relationship. Call Jennifer at 888-378-1888 to order a Gift Card!


Why can't I use my Gift Card on your website?

Unfortunately the Etsy site I use does not support the redemption of gift cards.  Simply choose the call option to use your gift card.  It is very easy!

What about shipping?

Shipping, and handling charges are based on package size, weight and handling. Ite
ms are shipped via USPS First Class mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Next Day Air.  

Do I have to pay sales tax?
California residents are required by law to add sales tax.


Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Cards as well as PayPal.

 
What happened to your store?

I have found that for now, I enjoy working out of my home studio rather than being tied  to an inflexible retail location.  I am still accessible by appointment and love beginning each new piece with a client consultation.  I am also able to keep my overhead down which results in more favorable pricing for you!

How long will my design take for completion?

Generally allow 7-10 days, although "rush" orders can often be accommodated.  Most times I am busy gathering supplies for your piece after you order it, allowing for the most flexibility and originality in design options.  The down-side is that it takes a bit longer to create your work of wearable art.  From the feedback I have received my clients have felt it worth the wait!

How do you respond to referrals?
We love them!  Our business prospers in large part due to the referrals from our current client base.  Is there someone you know that can benefit from viewing this site?  If so, please pass along our name and website to them.  We thank you for the compliment of your referral!  We are also looking for places to leave our full color business cards that show a sampling of our work.  Your assistance is most appreciated!

Can I return my jewelry?
We want you to absolutely love your design.  We take many steps to ensure your approval during the design process, however should you decide to return your purchase we will cheerfully rework your item of jewelry for sizing or design or issue you a gift card for the amount of your purchase.  Please remember all of the components for your design were ordered with you in mind and we are not able to return them.  We so rarely have a return that I am able to offer a liberal return policy.  A couple of other area's where a return makes sense:
  • We made an error in sizing.  We will re-size at a nominal charge if you change the size of the piece after construction.
  • The agreed upon design was not achieved. We will re-work your design until you are "in love" with it.  Regular shipping charges apply.
We ask that if you are going to return something:
  • Item be returned in the same original condition as received with no alterations or damage.
  • You notify us by email within 1 week of receiving your package.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred by either party.
Also, all workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days.  After that a re-stringing charge will apply.  Please see our web page on jewelry care for additional information.  Our largest goal throughout all interactions with us is to make you happy.  Let us do that!

What about my privacy?
We do not divulge any personal information about our clients, EVER!  Information given to us is held in the utmost of confidence.

How can I submit photograph's for photo jewelry

  • The photograph must be a high quality, clear, sharp image. A 3x5 or 4x6 35mm print works best.

  • Scan images at 300 dpi with the dimensions matching that of the item you are ordering.

  • Save photo as a .JPG file, taking care to maintain the higher resolution while saving. (Do not choose save for the web as it will lower the resolution.)

  • Keep in mind the shape of the product you have chosen. If you have a particular area you wish to crop from your photo, please list the specific details when ordering.
     
  • If using a professional photo, please include a signed photo release from the photographer.
Are you still actively pursuing outside shows, boutiques and markets?
Yep, and if you know of one we should be at please tell us.  If we do it you may even get a little surprise!
